Job summary

GSK in Singapore invites applicants to the Attach and Train Programme, a 15-month on-the-job training programme designed to develop future leaders in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Trainees gain hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship within a world-leading facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, execute and monitor value stream activities to ensure reliable operation and target production levels.
• Identify and implement plant improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Lead or support investigations and CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct audits, participate in audit prep and close actions to ensure GMP compliance.
• Prepare manufacturing documents, SOPs, LOIs and training materials to support operations.

Education

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields of study
