Job summary

GSK in Singapore offers a structured Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month on-the-job traineeship designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Open to fresh graduates and mid-career individuals who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, the programme provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to value stream operations in a world‑leading biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field.
• Familiarity with cGMP and biosafety concepts is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide process and technical support to Manufacturing Operations to meet objectives.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs and related investigations; support validation and transfer activities.
• Assist in changes including eCCs, SMRs, and SAP master data; prepare training materials.
• Develop relationships across Value Stream and other departments to fulfill objectives.
• Identify and execute improvement initiatives in batch records, SOPs, and OE.
