Job summary

AutoWealthautowealth.sg is seeking an Operations Executive (FinTech Engine Room) to bridge our proprietary algorithmic work with clients’ financial futures. You will handle both client-facing protocols and back-end financial mechanics to ensure seamless service.

Front-end duties include onboarding, KYC/AML/CDD checks, document verification, and addressing client inquiries. Back-end duties cover fund injections, trade execution, reconciliation, and portfolio checks to manage risk and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a finance focus preferred.
• Analytical mindset is mandatory for financial processes.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a strong plus and helpful for communication.

Responsibilities

• Front-End: Onboarding clients and performing KYC/AML/CDD checks with accuracy.
• Coordinate information gathering for account opening and documentation.
• Verify documents and client identities; conduct periodic reviews for AML/CFT signals.
