Job summary

TD Securities in Singapore seeks a proactive onboarding specialist to lead institutional client onboarding from initiation to trading readiness. You will coordinate with Sales & Trading, KYC/AML, Legal, Tax and Regulatory teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for global clients.

The role demands strong capital-markets knowledge, client-facing skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality, timely outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in investment banking, buy-side, broker-dealer or capital-markets.
• Experience coordinating regulatory onboarding, including KYC/AML requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of institutional-client onboarding mandates with proactive updates.
• Drive onboarding from initiation to trading readiness across multiple workstreams.
• Apply knowledge of Global Markets products to identify onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate requirements across KYC/AML, Tax, Legal Documentation and Regulatory Onboarding.
• Engage clients to manage expectations and provide concise status updates.
