TD Securities’ Global Business Services & Operations team in Singapore seeks a proactive, client-facing professional to lead institutional onboarding efforts. You will own onboarding mandates, coordinate across KYC/AML, Legal and Regulatory areas, and partner with Sales & Trading to enable trading readiness while ensuring a strong client experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in capital markets, with expertise in onboarding, governance, and industry documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant investment banking or capital-markets experience.
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets products and onboarding.
• Experience with regulatory onboarding (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, CSA).
• Experience in Equity onboarding preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of institutional-client onboarding mandates, providing clear accountability, proactive updates and a consistently high standard of service.
• Drive onboarding from initiation to trading readiness by managing milestones, dependencies and cross-functional actions across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Apply strong working knowledge of Global Markets products to identify onboarding requirements, support execution and facilitate timely trade enablement.
• Coordinate requirements across KYC/AML, Tax, Credit, Legal Documentation and Regulatory Onboarding, escalating material risks, dependencies and delays appropriately.
• Engage clients proactively to understand priorities, manage expectations and provide concise, transparent status updates.
• Resolve day-to-day blockers independently, mobilising the appropriate stakeholders and escalating when decisions or intervention are required.
• Contribute practical ideas to new-client, product and process initiatives, with a focus on client experience, control and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with Sales and Trading to support onboarding priorities and deepen long-term institutional-client relationships.
