Job summary

Goodrich Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Operations team with installation scheduling, installer coordination, documentation, invoicing and customer service. You will liaise with customers, Sales, warehouse and installers, manage documentation, handle invoices and maintain installer records, while ensuring a smooth and responsive operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in coordination, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, deliveries and site arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, Sales, warehouse and installers.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and verify invoices.
• Maintain installer records and assist with work pass matters.
• Handle operational documentation and filing.
• Attend to customer feedback, complaints and rectification works.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
