Job summary

GOODRICH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an organised Coordinator to support the Operations team in Singapore. You will manage installation schedules, coordinate installers, handle documentation and invoicing, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will liaise with customers, Sales, warehouse and subcontractors; maintain installer records; and manage work passes. The role offers a 5‑day week, medical and dental benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in coordination, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, deliveries and site arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, Sales, warehouse and installers.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and verify invoices.
• Maintain installer records and assist with work pass matters.
• Handle operational documentation and filing.
• Attend to customer feedback, complaints and rectification works.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
