Job summary

The Public Service Division's Insights Team is seeking an experienced analyst to plan and coordinate feedback gathering, derive succinct insights, and support data-driven communications strategies.

You will collaborate with the Analytics Team to develop tools, ensure data quality, and deliver clear recommendations to internal stakeholders. A strong eye for detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English with ability to distil insights.
• Experience or interest in capability development planning and training design.
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills.
• Meticulous and able to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in learning new technologies and tools to improve workflows.
• Occasional after-hours work including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate feedback gathering on topics of interest.
• Maintain analytical standards and derive succinct insights to guide outreach.
• Collaborate with Analytics Team to co-develop tools for feedback gathering and analysis.
• Support quality data collection through training programmes and varied approaches.
• Execute feedback gathering and conduct short and long-cycle analysis to provide timely insights.
• Use data visualisation and technology to optimise workflows and communicate insights.
• Produce reports and presentations translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Leverage technology and stay current with advancements to improve deliverables.
