Job summary

The People’s Association (PA) in Singapore seeks an experienced data insights professional to join the Insights Team within the Communications Analytics Division. You will plan and coordinate feedback gathering on topics of interest and translate data into clear, actionable guidance for public communications.

Collaborating with the Analytics Team, you will develop tools to streamline feedback and ensure high-quality data collection.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of data analysis experience including data interpretation and visualization.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear insights.
• Interest in capability development planning and designing training programmes.
• Good presentation skills to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, project and time management skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in learning and applying new technologies and tools to improve work processes.
• Occasional extended hours, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support feedback gathering for topics of interest and conduct short and long-cycle analysis to provide timely insights.
• Conduct rigorous analysis and present findings effectively, using data visualization to optimise workflows and communicate insights clearly.
• Produce reports and presentations translating complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Leverage technology and stay current with advancements to ensure quality, consistency and rigour in feedback gathering and analyses.
• Strengthen feedback collection capabilities through a structured training roadmap and varied delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share best practices and ensure capability development remains relevant.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure insights are communicated and aligned with organisational needs.
