Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a data-driven professional to analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback, translate insights into actionable public communications, and co-develop tools with the Analytics Team. You will plan training programmes to strengthen capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders across agencies.

You will build, refine and communicate insights for policy messaging and outreach, while staying current with new technologies to improve data

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication to distill insights.
• Experience or interest in capability development planning and training design.
• Good presentation skills to convey findings to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, project and time management abilities.
• Meticulous and able to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support feedback gathering for topics of interest and conduct short and long-cycle analyses to provide timely insights.
• Conduct rigorous analysis and present findings effectively, using data visualisation and technology to optimise workflows and communicate insights clearly.
• Produce reports and presentations translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Leverage technology and stay current with advancements to ensure quality, consistency and rigour in feedback gathered and analyses.
• Strengthen feedback collection capabilities through a structured training roadmap and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
