Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a capable sales support professional to handle customer enquiries and assist the field sales team. You will prepare proposals with Engineering, maintain leads and quotations, and manage follow-ups using our CRM system.

The role is office-based, located in the West, with a 5-day work week and salary up to SGD 4,000. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience;

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in engineering or sales support.
• Knowledge of industrial automation or engineering solutions is an advantage.
• Out-going, proactive and willing to learn.
• Singaporean only need apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide sales support to the field Sales Team.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare proposals and quotations with the Engineering Team.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales leads, quotations and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Build positive customer relationships and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
