Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotations and orders while providing timely day-to-day customer support.
• Support the sales team in preparing customer quotations and related documentation.
• Engage with customers to follow up on opportunities and support the successful closure of sales.
• Coordinate shipping logistics with customers, freight forwarders, and relevant service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and other required paperwork in compliance with customs regulations and customer requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain close communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate and adjust shipment schedules as needed.
