Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support customers by identifying needs and offering standard and specific solutions, equipment and services, while collaborating with sales, customer service, product management and technical teams.

You will build lasting relationships, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations in Salesforce, and help ensure proposals meet product standards and customer requirements, contributing to retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or relevant engineering studies preferred.
• Project management skill
• Team leadership and facilitation
• Ability to work independently and possess strong “Can Do attitude”
• Knowledge of import, export regulation, SAP system, salesforce, MS Office
• Committed and dedicated to customer satisfaction and enjoy talking to people of all level

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and propose standard and specific solutions/equipment and services.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, product management and technical teams to ensure proposals address customers’ needs and adhere to product standards.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
• Answer inquiries, provide basic technical advice, and manage quotations via Salesforce.
• Coordinate with sales team and demand planner for forecast orders and pricing; support order fulfilment.
