The program develops next generation leaders for smart buildings, data centers, and mission‑critical infrastructure through structured rotations and hands‑on experience across electrical, mechanical, and digital domains.

Qualifications

• Graduating student or recent graduate in relevant engineering fields.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
