Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support professional to handle customer enquiries and provide sales support to the field Sales Team.

You will understand customer requirements, prepare proposals with the Engineering Team, conduct calls to develop new opportunities, and maintain leads and quotes using a CRM. The role is office-based in the West and requires a diploma/degree in relevant engineering fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in engineering or sales support.
• Knowledge of industrial automation or engineering solutions is an advantage.
• Out-going, proactive and willing to learn.
• Singaporean only need apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide sales support to the field Sales Team.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare proposals and quotations with the Engineering Team.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales leads, quotations and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Build positive customer relationships and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
