Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of order processing and customer service experience.
• Oil & Gas experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Background in Electrical Engineering or related technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sales quotations and tender documents.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and manage logistics documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project delivery status reports and invoicing documentation.
• Maintain accurate project and sales records and provide sales administrative support.
• Assist in vendor pre-qualification processes when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
