Job summary

JOBEE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contract/Shipping Coordinator to oversee sales contracts, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate daily outbound shipments. You will prepare shipping documents, track shipments, and support LC and bank guarantees processes.

You will collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to ensure contract accuracy and timely monthly reporting. Prior experience in shipping documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordination with offices, Regional sales manager & shipyard in receiving orders and preparing shipment
• Coordinate daily outbound shipments
• To prepare all necessary shipping documents & Ensure proper filing system for all Sales transactions
• Prepare and verify all shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, BL,BLP/AWB, BC, COO, COQ & FAT cert).
• To handle all matters relating to Letter of Credit negotiation - To handle all matters relating to Bank Guarantee
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure contract accuracy.
• Provide guidance on contract-related issues and disputes.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• To prepare all appropriate reports (Order, Forecast, Status, Shipment, Outstanding, Balance & Backlog, etc) on timely basis for monthly closing report.
