Job summary

JOBEE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inside Sales Support - Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to handle order processing, shipments, and coordination with customers and suppliers.

You will manage delivery timelines, prepare documentation, and support procurement and sales admin tasks. The role requires hands-on experience in order processing, strong administrative skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years relevant work experience in order processing and customer service.
• With or similar industry background will be preferred.
• Good administration skills.
• Well organized and able to multi-task.
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
• Able to work in fast pace environment and under pressure. Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Processing of sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing via Microsoft Business Central
• Follow-up orders with customer and supplier
• Manage and expedite delivery schedules with supplier
• Arrange import and export shipments with customer and supplier
• Prepare shipment and delivery documents
• Prepare weekly/monthly project delivery status report to customer
• Assisting with project documentation management
• Assisting with vendor pre-qualification when necessary
• Sales related administration
• Perform adequately for any other ad-hoc duties & sales related support assigned by your superior
