Job summary

Benel Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to manage the end-to-end order process and deliver excellent customer service. You will work closely with Sales, Service and Operations teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

The role involves handling quotations, documentation, invoicing support, and cross-functional communication to resolve operational issues and improve processes. Mandarin communication is valued to support regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using ERP or order management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales order process to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation promptly and follow up for approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Logistics and Finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
