ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator at our Redhill site. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, coordinating with logistics and finance teams, and maintaining documentation. It offers a basic salary with a performance bonus and a permanent contract.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales or admin experience, preferably in IT or tech. Training is provided for those with less experience, and working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.

Formación

• GCE O/A or Diploma holder required.
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in sales or admin, preferably in IT/tech.
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone calls and record messages when Sales personnel are unavailable.
• Assist with sales activities: inquiries, orders, pricing, product availability, and warranty tracking.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and update delivery schedules.
• Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and shipments.
• Receive and check stock upon arrival and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments and ensure accurate paperwork.

Job Description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and record messages during the absence of Sales personnel.
• Assist with sales activities: handle inquiries, process orders, pricing, product availability, and warranty tracking.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and update delivery schedules.
• Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, samples, and shipments.
• Receive and check stock upon arrival.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, events, and launches.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and filing.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and efficient tracking systems.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Education and Experience

• GCE 'O'/ 'A' / Diploma Holders
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in sales or admin, preferably in IT or tech industry.
