Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an inside sales coordinator to join our Singapore team at Hillview. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, provide sales administration, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to support order processing and delivery.

The role requires a Diploma and 1–2 years in inside sales or related fields, with MS Office and CRM familiarity. Working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday; contract is 1 year with a potential

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or related field, preferably in electrical or industrial engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) products will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, process requests, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Provide sales administration and coordination support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to support order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and updates in the CRM system.
• Support account management activities and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Perform other sales support duties as assigned.
