Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team from Hillview. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma with 1–2 years in related roles, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or related field, preferably in electrical/industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) products is an advantage.

Job Details:

• Location:Hillview
• Salary Range: UP to $3,500
• 1 year contract with UP to 1 month completion bonus
• 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, process requests, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
