Job summary

Health Promotion Board (HPB) in Singapore is recruiting for an Manager/Senior Manager to lead planning and delivery of innovation trials. You will work with HPB teams and external partners to test new models, manage pilots end-to-end, coordinate procurement, and track performance against budgets and timelines.

The role requires strong analytical, planning and project management skills, plus stakeholder management and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience at Manager level or 5 years at Senior Manager level in end-to-end programme, project, product or trial management.
• Strong analytical, planning and project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to coordinate internal and external partners toward outcomes.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, manage risks and trade-offs.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to assess needs, track budgets and resources, and deliver programmes on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; healthcare/digital health/trials experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of innovation trials that test and validate new models and technologies, generating evidence for HPB programmes.
• Manage assigned proofs of concept and pilots end-to-end, including planning, delivery operations, partner coordination, performance tracking, and post-trial evaluation.
• Provide evidence and recommendations to support decisions on continuations, stops, refinements or handovers.
• Assess potential technologies and partners for trial fit and readiness.
• Coordinate ancillary activities like consultations with HPB teams and procurement work.
• Track and report trial progress including budget utilization, timelines, KPIs, and capture lessons for handover.
