Job summary

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) in Singapore is seeking a senior policy and planning professional to join the Planning, Performance & Screening Division. You will coordinate with national partners to align and refine screening policies, and lead multi-agency initiatives to deliver impactful health promotion strategies.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in policy planning or related fields, with strong data analytics skills (Python, R) and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in policy review, strategic planning or related fields.
At least 2 years in supervisory roles.
Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and drive collaborative success.
Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with evaluation methodologies in public health policy.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and policy review initiatives within the Planning, Performance & Screening Division.
Coordinate with data teams and stakeholders to implement national screening priorities.
Manage multi-agency workgroups and translate policies into operational frameworks.
Conduct horizon scanning to identify new opportunities and potential collaborations for screening initiatives.
Provide actionable insights to guide senior management decisions.
