Job summary

HPB Health Promotion Board in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Innovation Office coordinator to scan emerging health tech, curate insights, and support partner brokering. Reporting to the Tech Ecosystem Lead, you will maintain the Tech Horizon site, coordinate ecosystem engagements, prepare briefing materials, and help connect external capabilities with HPB priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in research, innovation, strategy, partnerships, or ecosystem engagement.
• Strong research and analytical skills to synthesize information into concise insights.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for notes, briefs and presentations.
• Good stakeholder management across teams and organisations.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and their relevance to public health.
• Experience maintaining knowledge repositories or collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop research on emerging health and digital health technologies.
• Monitor developments across tech companies, startups, research institutions and government bodies.
• Prepare concise technology scans, partner profiles and briefing materials.
• Maintain HPB's intranet microsite on health tech and partners.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements and meeting logistics.
• Support sensemaking and partnership brokering.
• Coordinate conferences, trade shows and ecosystem outreach.
• Track activities and provide progress updates.
