Job summary

Health Promotion Board's Innovation Office seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to lead end-to-end innovation trials. You will plan, deliver and evaluate pilots, coordinating with HPB teams and external partners to drive evidence-based health initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical and project-management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. A 2-year contract is offered, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end programmes, projects or trials.
• Strong analytical, planning and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of innovation trials from concept to evidence.
• Manage proofs of concept and pilots end-to-end including budget and KPIs.
• Coordinate with HPB teams and external partners for trial execution.
• Assess potential technologies and partner fit for trials.
• Track trial progress, budget utilization and timelines; report findings.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
