Health Promotion Board - HPB in Singapore seeks a senior policy professional to define and develop evidence-based national preventive health strategies. You will engage senior stakeholders from government and business to influence decision-making on public health policies and work with industry and academic experts in consultation and strategy development.

Qualifications

Qualifications in life sciences, health promotion or any other relevant disciplines.
Background in food and nutrition will be advantageous.
At least 5-7 years of experience in developmental planning and secretariat roles, preferably with public policy experience.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify, define and propose policy solutions.

Responsabilités

Review and analyse public health findings and market data to develop evidence-based policies and strategies.
Lead consultations with government agencies, companies and experts for policy implementation.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry to operationalize solutions and translate strategy into actions.
Monitor and evaluate policies to assess impact and revise approaches with stakeholders.
Foster strategic alliances locally and internationally to support policy advocacy.
Guide team members in formulating responses to queries from companies, experts and the public.
