Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in research, innovation, strategy, partnerships, or ecosystem engagement.
• Strong research and analytical skills, able to synthesize information into concise insights.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, able to coordinate multiple workstreams and details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for notes, briefs and presentations.
• Good internal and external stakeholder management across teams and organisations.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to relate technology developments to public health opportunities.
• Experience maintaining knowledge repositories or collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, innovation ecosystems, technology scouting or public-sector work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop research on emerging health, wellness, digital health, AI and related technologies.
• Monitor developments across tech companies, startups, research institutions, government agencies and innovation ecosystems.
• Prepare technology scans, partner profiles, background research and briefing materials for internal discussion and engagements.
• Curate and update HPB's intranet microsite on health technologies and partners.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external parties, manage scheduling and logistics.
• Prepare meeting materials, notes and track follow-up actions.
• Maintain organised records of contacts, engagements and next steps.
• Support sensemaking and partnership brokering across scans and discussions.
• Identify relevant trade shows and events for IO to attend and contribute.
• Coordinate participation and capture insights and follow-up opportunities.
