Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore seeks an Innovation Office professional to scan emerging technologies, curate partner profiles, and support sensemaking and partnership brokering that connect external capabilities with HPB's needs. Reporting to the Tech Ecosystem Lead, you will help maintain the Tech Horizon site and coordinate ecosystem engagements.

The role emphasizes strong research, coordination and communication, with the ability to organise information, capture insights from engagements

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in research, innovation, strategy, partnerships, or ecosystem engagement.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize information into insights.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefs and meetings.
• Solid stakeholder management across teams and organisations.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and how they relate to HPB needs.
• Experience maintaining knowledge repositories, websites or collaboration platforms such as SharePoint will be an advantage.
• Prior healthcare, digital health, innovation ecosystems, technology scouting or public-sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scan and curate emerging technologies relevant to HPB priorities.
• Maintain HPB’s intranet microsite on health technologies and partners.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagements and prepare materials.
• Support sensemaking and partnership brokering across opportunities.
• Identify conferences and ecosystem events; assist with preparation and follow-up.
• Track activities, deliverables and provide progress updates across the workstream.
