Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an infrastructure support professional to provide day-to-day BAU operations in a fast-moving environment in Singapore. The role covers network and server support, incident resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will handle L1/L2 troubleshooting, monitor systems, perform health checks, and assist with changes and maintenance. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in infrastructure support or IT operations.
• Experience delivering BAU infrastructure support in an end-user environment.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and basic routing.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BAU infrastructure operational support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 infrastructure incidents.
• Support LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity.
• Maintain Windows and Linux server availability and performance.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and respond to alerts and service requests.
• Perform health checks, maintenance and operational tasks across environments.
• Collaborate with network and server teams to resolve incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Document incidents, steps, resolutions and procedures.
• Follow ITIL, change and incident management processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for timely resolutions.
• Support infrastructure projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
