Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to provide timely onsite and remote support, manage and monitor IT infrastructure, and maintain equipment including routers, switches, servers, and virtualization platforms.

The role requires a Diploma in IT and at least 3 years of experience in systems and network administration, with hands-on knowledge of Hyper-V, VMware, and backup/recovery solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure experience with focus on systems and network management.
• In-depth knowledge of system and network administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely onsite and remote IT support to end users.
• Support setup, maintenance, inventorying and monitoring of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, servers).
• Maintain IT equipment such as routers, switches, UPS, IPT, wireless access points, PCs, multi-function printers, LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi.
• Support and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V and VMware), and backup and disaster recovery solutions.
