Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks an IT Support / Network Administrator in Singapore to maintain backup infrastructure, network and security services across multiple locations. The role requires graduates in IT/CS with 3–5 years’ IT experience, plus strong English communication and troubleshooting skills.

The candidate should be customer oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing ISP contracts, firewall changes, and server/HCI assets across four sites.

Qualifications

• Graduates in IT, Infocomm, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate fluently and write in English.
• 3–5 years IT-related work experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for IT support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all backup infra for onsite & offsite (Veeam).
• Provide network support for NAC (Infoexpress CGX).
• Maintain all firewall services and change requests for all 4 locations.
• Maintain HCI (Nutanix) in Ren Ci Community Hospital.
• Manage all ISP contracts and renewals/tech refresh.
• Maintain all Wi‑Fi infra for all 4 locations (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus).
• Manage all NAS asset lifecycle (Synology).
• Manage all server asset lifecycle (Physical Server, HCI cluster - Nutanix).
• Maintain organisation SSL certificates.
• Manage all UPS asset lifecycle (APC).
• Maintain all network infra for all 4 locations (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Lenovo).
• Manage the server room relocation project.
