Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Network Support Engineer to help keep daily network operations running smoothly. The role focuses on incident handling, firewall changes, VPN rule reviews, and on-site installations.

You will collaborate with Telcos, contractors, and vendors for LAN room maintenance, ad-hoc cablings, and RMAs, while supporting ongoing network and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure operations or projects.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support for HQ and remote offices.
• Processing firewall change requests and reviewing VPN/firewall rules.
• Coordinating with third parties (Telcos, Contractors) on on-site surveys, installations, and RMAs.
• Installing and configuring network equipment.
• Coordinating with vendors for LAN room cleaning and ad-hoc network cablings.
• Supporting the network and infrastructure projects.
