Job summary

Swire Bulk is seeking an IT Support, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Specialist to provide local IT support, maintain workplace technology and manage infrastructure across Singapore. You will liaise with users, central IT teams, MSPs and vendors to ensure reliable and secure services.

You will support endpoint protection, patching, Azure cloud workloads and disaster recovery exercises, while upholding IT standards and policy compliance in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Hands-on end-user support, workplace tech and infra ops experience.
• Experience with MSPs and multiple locations is desirable.
• Microsoft, ITIL or security certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support for devices and collaboration tools.
• Maintain asset and capacity planning and accurate records.
• Coordinate on-site vendor visits and office technology changes.
• Assist with Azure cloud infrastructure deployment, patching and recovery.
• Support cybersecurity operations and security controls implementation.
• Follow IT service management, change management and asset processes.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
• Monitor infrastructure alerts and resolve issues to closure.
