Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore seeks a Project Manager for Infra Strategic Procurement to support Public Healthcare systems. You will liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate and award procurement, and present forums for award approval.

You will own the end-to-end procurement stream of activities with a focus on delivering objective outcomes. The role emphasizes planning, governance, resource management, and continuous alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of Infra procurement from end to end.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and networking principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• The individual will plan and acquire manpower resources for projects and manage allocation to meet objectives.
• Drive procurement activities including scope and funding approval from approving authority.
• Lead project team, external teams and vendors to meet objectives within scope, budget and timeline.
• Set up project governance and escalation mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan covering scope, objectives, schedule, budget, risks, and communications.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on progress, issues, risks, resources and budgets.
• Manage project financial health including budget utilization and cashflow.
