Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure initiatives across network, server, cloud, migration and systems integration, delivering on time, within budget, and to security requirements.

You will coordinate internal teams, vendors and customers, manage scope, risk, and finances, and ensure a smooth handover to operations, with Government/public-sector projects a key focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, servers, storage and structured cabling.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud and VMware/Hyper-V.
• Experience in financial, risk, vendor and stakeholder management.
• Singapore Government/Public Sector project experience is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, CITPM or ITIL certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and service transition.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and quality.
• Coordinate internal teams, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
• Manage project financials, contracts, change requests, and vendor performance.
• Oversee network, server, cloud, hardware/software integration and migration activities.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and customers.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and compliance with customer and security requirements.
• Manage Singapore Government/public-sector projects, including relevant vendors and procurement processes.
