Responsibilities

• Schedules meetings and reserves room venues.
• Writes minutes for Infection Control meetings.
• Coordinates refreshment orders and liaises with kitchen services/caterer.
• Assists and conducts PPE training and Hand Hygiene audits for new hires.
• Disseminates circulars, memos and maintains files.
• Maintains Infection Control web pages on the intranet.
• Sends emails to departments regarding mask fitting and infection control programmes.
• Takes charge of logistics and orders for department supplies.
• Inputs data and maintains confidential databases for IC programmes.
• Tracks documents requiring action and ensures timely submission of responses.
• Follows up with monthly statistics and other reports.
• Participates in infection control projects and workgroups to improve practices.
