Job Description

As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new‑born infants during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

Baby Care Duties include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Feeding of babies, ensuring Baby Safety, Umbilical, Oral and Eye Care
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding and baby care techniques
• Assist mothers in their postnatal journey

Care Scheme (Superior to MOH)

Working Hours & Requirements

• Day Shift: 8.00AM - 8.00PM | Night shift: 8.00PM - 8.00AM, with night shift incentives
• 1.5 hours break included in shifts
