Job summary

STAFFELLA RECRUITMENT AGENCY is seeking a Business Development / Sales Executive to identify new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships in Singapore. You will visit customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable industrial or B2B solutions.

The role emphasizes pre-sales and after-sales support, collaboration with internal teams, and market monitoring to drive growth. A-level or diploma and 1+ year sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum A-level or Diploma.
• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, technical products or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Possession of own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Promote the company's products and services to customers across relevant industries.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate orders from enquiry through to completion.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and responsive customer service.
• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales activities.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
