Job summary
allinton engineering & trading pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, drive sustainable growth and enhance organisational performance in a Singapore-based B2B trading and engineering business.
The role reports to senior management and focuses on translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, improving efficiency, developing people, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and other departments.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant management experience.
- Experience in B2B trading, distribution, engineering or related industries.
- Proven ability to lead multiple functions and drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Business Management or Engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and align with strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue and profitability.
- Lead Sales, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and other functions.
- Establish departmental objectives and performance indicators.
- Review sales, costs and trends to identify improvements.
- Drive business development and customer relationships.
