Job summary

SING MAH WOODEN CASES MANUFACTURER PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the pallets and industrial packaging sector.

You will identify opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and on-site visits. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with operations to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in packaging, logistics, recycling, or forklift-related industries is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up.
• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify and establish potential 3PL partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (KPIs).
