Keding Enterprises Pte Ltd is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive growth in Singapore. You will build relationships with developers, architects, and contractors, manage proposals, quotations, and closing, and travel to sites to offer material solutions.

Expect a performance-driven role with strong earning potential. The position requires at least 1 year of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to coordinate with clients in English (Mandarin beneficial).

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, minimum 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively build relationships with Property Developers, Architects & Main Contractors.
• Own the full sales cycle — from presentations and quotations to closing and payment collection
• Visit construction sites and design firms to provide material solutions
• Present KD products and showcase our material solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and grow your performance
• Respond to enquiries (in person, phone & social media)
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver great service
