ESR Group is seeking a property and facilities manager to oversee day-to-day operations of industrial properties across Asia-Pacific. You will coordinate maintenance, safety compliance, budgeting, and reporting to ensure reliable, cost-effective performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in property/facilities management, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with regulatory standards. You’ll work with leasing teams, vendors, and HQ to manage budgets, track KPIs, and support safety

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years’ experience in property or facilities management, with a focus on industrial properties.
• Knowledge of industrial property operations, maintenance, and leasing practices.
• Familiarity with regulations, and safety standards for industrial properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations and negotiations.
• Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Fire Safety Manager, Water Efficient Manager, Green Mark Facility Manager) are a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines
• Team player, self-driven and able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties, including planning, scheduling and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
• Support leasing team in viewings, handing/taking over of spaces, valuation and arrears management.
• Address tenant inquiries and issues to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and monitor operating and capital expenses; source and evaluate quotations.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements for industrial properties; liaise with authorities on licenses.
• Support AEI, R&R or other HQ-driven projects.
• Conduct routine checks on premise security and fire safety systems, and oversee FSM inspections.
• Be on standby for operations emergencies and VIP visits as requested.
