Job summary

Savills Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Property Executive, Facility Management (Site Based) to oversee on-site facilities operations for client properties in Singapore. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage maintenance, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate with tenants, vendors and consultants to deliver AEI and maintenance projects.

The role requires a degree in engineering or facilities management and 1–2 years of hands-on post-graduate experience, plus strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Experience in managing fit-outs, AEI, and maintenance projects.
• Experience in developing and reviewing specifications for M&E systems.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Standards, Code of Practice for building services and tenancy requirements.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions with minimal guidance; respond to emergencies during odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for compliance of properties with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide good maintenance of client properties, equipment and fittings.
• Timely submission of reports in the approved format.
• Establish and maintain the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) for each property.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and handle inspections, handovers, and defect management.
• Communicate with tenants to understand needs and provide timely professional advice.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance for each property and ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed.
• Ensure timely submission of service reports, delivery orders and invoices; maintain tender and vendor approvals.
• Deliver Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), RM projects and liaise with consultants/contractors.
• Review consultants’ and contractors’ performance periodically.
• Supervise tenancy fit-outs to ensure regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Inspect properties regularly to uphold housekeeping standards.
• Provide monthly property reports and Recommendation Papers for contracts and AEI.
• Plan and drive green initiatives with the Client; renew maintenance contracts and statutory licenses.
