Job summary

The SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our on-site team in Tuas. You will oversee maintenance programs, coordinate with operations, and ensure safe, efficient equipment operation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in mechanical/electrical engineering, 3+ years in large-scale industrial settings, and strong CAD/CMMS skills. Role includes safety compliance and SOP documentation support.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Facilities Maintenance Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical, preferably in large-scale industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance in industrial settings.
Proficient in CAD software, CMMS software, and other engineering design tools.
Basic hands-on mechanical equipment repair and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
Knowledge of pump alignment and health monitoring inspection.

Responsibilities

Ensure maintenance work is carried out systematically, efficiently & safe.
Improve preventive maintenance to reduce costs and improve equipment performance.
Create, update and maintain SOPs and ISO documents & MOM equipment registration.
Initiate and coordinate MOC for additions, modifications, or replacements.
Assist the Department Manager and Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
Troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment/Systems when issues arise.
Work with operations to plan daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programs.
Train technicians on equipment maintenance and monitor 5S and TPM activities.
