Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for an Industrial Automation Control System Supervisor at our Tuas plant. You will lead daily operation and maintenance of the plant's computerized control system, drive maintenance procedures, and ensure GMP/EHS compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial automation with hands-on DCS/PLC experience and proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams. Join us to optimize safety, quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in industrial automation or related majors.
Proficient in configuration, programming, commissioning and maintenance of industrial automatic control systems (DCS, PLC).
Good leadership and staff development skills.
Ability to coordinate and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operation and maintenance of the plant's automated control system.
Develop and manage maintenance procedures to ensure safety and reliability of the control system and continuous optimization.
Ensure GMP/EHS compliance and support QA/EHS audits.
Formulate and improve maintenance procedures to ensure normal production and product quality.
Manage automation project implementations, budgets and progress for new builds or renovations.
Oversee automation system suppliers and project progress to ensure quality and safety.
Conduct deviation investigations related to the control system and implement corrective actions.
Train staff and foster a capable, engaged team.
