Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a site- Industrial contractor coordinator in Tuas to support the management of contractors and consultants on EPC projects.

The role involves coordinating with OPS, ENG, PSM, and EHS, ensuring drawings and documentation are complete and aligned with client requirements, and helping to manage costs and schedules. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering and have at least 2 years of related experience,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in oil & gas industries, especially EPC projects preferred.
• Past contractor partners’ working experiences and/or managing contractor partners as main contractor preferred.
• At least 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager on contractors/consultants sourcing, inquiry package issuing, work scope clarification, and evaluation & selection.
• Coordinate with OPS, ENG, PSM, EHS and contractors/consultants to ensure design meets cost targets and client requirements.
• Handle drawings, MSRA, SWP and ensure proper project documentation.
• Plan ahead with contractors/consultants/PMC to avoid delays in mechanical completion.
• Oversee day-to-day site management including supervision of labour and subcontractors.
• Oversee on-site quality control and health and safety matters.
• Monitor construction costs and progress billing; manage variation orders.
