Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with automation systems — troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
• Experience in steel manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IPCs, PLC programming, drive control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to perform well under pressure and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
• Willing to work 5.5 days/week with overtime as needed.
• Valid driving license preferred.

• Troubleshoot and carry out corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and keep equipment performing optimally.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of plant machinery.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available when needed.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for technical support, spare parts, and maintenance services.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to boost reliability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
