Job summary

Groundup.ai is seeking a Project Engineer to own delivery of Industrial AI & IoT projects across Singapore and regional markets. You will oversee post-sales handover through deployment, commissioning, customer acceptance, and project closure, balancing technical feasibility with cost and schedule.

You will work with IoT Field Engineers, AI/ML engineers, Product, Sales, customers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget, to the required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in project engineering or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of schedules, resources, budgets, and risks.
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation plans.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from handover to close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, resources.
• Translate contractual commitments into execution plans.
• Coordinate decisions between Field Engineering, Product, AI/ML, R&D.
• Manage site activities, procurement, and commissioning.
• Track expenditure and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Provide regular project status reports.
