Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IoT hardware deployments tailored to client site requirements.
• On-site installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions.
• Coordinate with R&D, Product, and Sales to ensure smooth installation, integration, and commissioning.
• Perform pre‑commissioning checks, functional testing, device configuration, and handover documentation.
• Ensure electrical testing and energisation approvals are completed by the appropriate authorised person before operation.
• Handle low‑voltage DC and industrial power interfaces safely.
• Monitor deployed IoT systems for stability and data integrity.
• Provide on-site technical support and client training.
• Prepare deployment cost structures and project timelines.
• Document installation processes in our CRM and maintain technical records.
